This Privacy Policy describes how Kicx Fitness ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.kicxfitness.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

Device information. When you visit the Site we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect information about the pages and products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags and pixels.

Order information. When you make (or attempt to make) a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details. Card payments are processed securely by Shopify's payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.

Marketing information. If you join our email list, we store your email address and your marketing preferences.

How we use your information

We use order information to fulfil orders placed through the Site (processing payment, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and order confirmations); to communicate with you about your order and — only if you have opted in — to send you marketing; and to screen orders for potential risk or fraud. We share personal information only with the services that run our store: Shopify, the e-commerce platform that powers the Site (see https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy); our email marketing platform; our product reviews platform; and analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta. We may also disclose your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to lawful requests, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioural advertising

We may use your information to provide you with targeted advertising. You can opt out at https://optout.aboutads.info, or via your Facebook and Google ad settings.

Do Not Track

We do not alter the Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below. If you are a European resident, you have additional rights under the GDPR; please note your information may be processed outside of Europe.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we keep your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
